The hotel was extremely clean, with constant cleaning of the rooms and common areas. the room was spacious and had a good size, with a comfortable shower. the small kitchen was very handy for making homemade breakfasts. the location was central, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel provided a free airport shuttle and had a great wifi connection.

The air conditioning in the room was positioned in a way that the cool breeze was directly on the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable. the TV transmission was prone to hiccups, but it had a good selection of cable channels.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to assist with any request. The rooms were comfortable and well-decorated, with lovely crafts and photos adding a nice touch. The location was excellent, just a block from the Plaza de Armas and a couple of blocks from the river boardwalk. Safety and security were never a concern, and there were plenty of dining options within walking distance. a great value for the price.

I recently stayed at Hotel La Casona for three weeks and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautifully decorated with unique furniture and artwork that reflects the local cultures. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Plaza de Armas and nearby shops and restaurants. The open courtyard with plants adds to the lovely ambiance. I was pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness of my room, despite being on a busy street, and even enjoyed the sounds of parrots. The wifi worked well, and breakfast brought to my room was delicious.

A unique and art-filled hotel with a charming courtyard. Free wifi, friendly staff, and three adorable resident birds. The hotel has a maze-like layout with multiple sets of stairs, adding to its character. I'm glad we had the chance to experience this hotel and would recommend it to others.

As a backpacker, I loved the central location with restaurants and cafes right on the doorstep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always welcoming with a warm smile. The upgraded bigger room at the back was quiet and peaceful. The hot shower was a real treat after my jungle trip. Free airport shuttle and great WiFi connection were added bonuses.
