The hotel is conveniently located just opposite the bus station, making it easy to catch the bus to Machu Picchu. The rooms are comfortable with hot water, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are many restaurant and cafe options nearby, including the restaurant connected to the hotel.

The security at the hotel is a bit lax, which can be a concern with the large number of tourists in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel near Machu Picchu. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus stop to the ruins. The room was comfortable and the hot shower was truly refreshing after a long day of exploring. The hotel even provided a delicious breakfast to start my day. The hotel's prime location near the bus to Machu Picchu made our visit incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Additionally, the customer service at this hotel was exceptional. From helping with laundry and money exchange to making dinner reservations and providing lunch recommendations, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassle-free. We also appreciated the option to store our bags before checking in and the delicious breakfast served on the fifth floor with a stunning view.

No significant issues, everything met our expectations.
