I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel staff was incredibly respectful and kind to me throughout my entire visit. They were always helpful and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms was excellent, with comfy beds, pillows, and blankets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of fresh fruits and tasty bread. The hotel's facilities were great, including a pool table and beautiful outdoor views. The location, although a bit far from the city center , provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also had a stunning view of the lake, and I could even see the sunrise right from my bed. this hotel provided a perfect stay for me.

Great view from the rooms and restaurant/bar. the bed was really comfortable. the hotel is located in a nice area, away from the busy city center, which made it a peaceful and relaxing stay. Also, the fact that the hotel had a park around it added to the overall tranquility of the place.

The room was a bit small for a superior room and there wasn't much space to put our suitcases. We had lunch at the restaurant one day and found it to be overpriced and the food was undercooked.

The view from our room at Ghl Hotel was absolutely stunning. We were able to witness a fabulous sunrise over the lake, creating a truly memorable experience. The hotel's location, just a 5-minute drive from the city center, provided a calm and peaceful environment for a relaxing sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including delicious organic salads, fresh juices, and fluffy pancakes. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always willing to help, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend Ghl Hotel for its breathtaking view and excellent breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The common areas were comfortable and perfect for relaxing with my family. The views of the lake were stunning and the grounds were well-maintained. The staff, especially Sandra at the front desk, was exceptional - professional, polite, and incredibly helpful. They made our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel's isolated location added to the charm and tranquility of the experience. The restaurant served delicious food and the high level of comfort in the room was impressive, despite the slight issue with the heating. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I loved staying at this hotel during my second trip to Lake Titicaca. It's much more updated and classy compared to the Sonesta. The breakfast was amazing, and I enjoyed the comfortable fireplace areas for relaxation. The views of Lake Titicaca are spectacular, with every room facing the lake and windows throughout the hotel offering amazing views. The rooms are clean, and the hotel has a beautiful green territory full of flowers. The staff, from the doorman to the waiters, were excellent - attentive and cordial. this hotel felt like a first-class experience.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
