We had an amazing stay at a top-notch hotel with breathtaking views of Lake Titicaca. the room was huge, clean, and had great facilities, including a mini fridge. the staff was polite and helpful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options, including homemade bread and natural juices. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant, which served delicious food. the hotel's location on its own island added to the unique experience. it was a wonderful stay with friendly service and incredible views.

The hotel's location on the lake was simply breathtaking. Waking up to the stunning sunrise over the water was a magical experience. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely quay where we could easily embark on boat tours. The staff at the front desk and the bar/restaurant were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful views and excellent service.

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel staff was incredibly respectful and kind to me throughout my entire visit. They were always helpful and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms was excellent, with comfy beds, pillows, and blankets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of fresh fruits and tasty bread. The hotel's facilities were great, including a pool table and beautiful outdoor views. The location, although a bit far from the city center , provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also had a stunning view of the lake, and I could even see the sunrise right from my bed. this hotel provided a perfect stay for me.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a fantastic idea! the holiday spirit was everywhere, and the decorations were so beautiful! the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel like royalty. the breakfast buffet was delicious, and we loved that they offered a variety of complimentary drinks at the bar. the location was perfect- we enjoyed stunning views of the lake and the surrounding mountains from our room and the lounge area.

The hotel did not have air conditioning, making the rooms a bit hot and stuffy. finding taxis was sometimes a bit of a hassle, and we had to wait longer than expected on a few occasions.

I had a fantastic stay here, with the best view of the sunrise over the lake from my fourth-floor room. The breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide variety of options that left me feeling satisfied until dinner. The hotel also has a gym, which my husband enjoyed using. I was pleasantly surprised to see a herd of llamas roaming the grounds, adding to the unique experience.

Great view from the rooms and restaurant/bar. the bed was really comfortable. the hotel is located in a nice area, away from the busy city center, which made it a peaceful and relaxing stay. Also, the fact that the hotel had a park around it added to the overall tranquility of the place.

The room was a bit small for a superior room and there wasn't much space to put our suitcases. We had lunch at the restaurant one day and found it to be overpriced and the food was undercooked.
