Database Clean, hot shower, nice staff who was willing to help when I was in trouble with a cheating old lady restaurant owner, don't go to the restaurant first right of the hostel! And so far it's the first hostel which provided hairdryer in South America!

The location is convenient for visiting a popular attraction. The breakfast starts early, allowing for an early start to the day. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing maps and recommendations. The facilities are clean with comfortable rooms. Luggage storage is available.

My fiancé and I stayed at Mama Simona in Machu Picchu for a few nights. Our double room with private bathroom was great, with perfect water pressure and always hot water. The board games and English TV channels were a nice touch. The continental breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals. The staff were friendly and provided helpful information on nearby activities.

I had a fabulous stay at a hostel in Aguas Calientes. The room was clean and spacious, with a variety of spaces to relax. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering to pick me up from the train station and providing advice on everything related to Machu Picchu. The breakfast was satisfactory, and they even provided a hairdryer, which is a rare find in South America. I highly recommend this hostel for a budget-friendly stay.

They offer a complimentary pick-up from the train station and provide a hairdryer for free. The WiFi is reliable and there's an early breakfast option starting at 4 am. Great value for money!

Felt like family, no reason to complain.

The hostel was perfect for small budgets. the beds were comfy and the breakfast was nice. the staff was very helpful, especially when I checked in late at night. They even kept my cell phone that I left in my room and made sure I got it back. That was a really nice gesture. the location was great, very close to the station and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. the walk to the hot springs was also just 10 minutes.

There were a few issues I had during my stay. the Wi-Fi was quite slow and there was no Wi-Fi at all in my room.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh sheets and towels provided. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, offering advice on local attractions and activities. the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the train station and within walking distance of restaurants and other food options. the customer service was good and the breakfast offered a decent selection of food.

The price of the hotel was a bit too high for what was offered. the room was small and the WiFi connection was weak, even on the ground floor.

The hostel is very nice: clean and warm bedrooms with helpful staff and near the train station. Good breakfast from early in the morning so that you will not miss it if you go to Machu Picchu in the morning and a nice area to relax. It is the place you need for a short trip to Machu Picchu! The room is quite new, clean and has variety of space. The staffs are very nice, they offer to send somebody to pick up guest at the train station. Staffs can give you advice on everything regarding Machu Picchu. Breakfast is ok. It's a very nice hostel for small budgets. Comfy beds and a nice breakfast. The staff was very helpful because I checked in at midnight and the guy was here to help me with everything. A big thank you for keeping my cell phone. The hotel sent a message and kept it until I sent a friend to get it back. Thank you again for that nice gesture. Everything! The staffs are very sweet, nice, and helpful! The breakfast is excellent with yogurt, cereals, fried eggs, different kinds of bread. And it is very close to the train station but is quiet, so you will not hear the trail noise. It is definitely over my expectation. Very recommendable!

I stayed at Mama Simona Hostel for 3 nights while visiting the famous Inca ruins. The staff was incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist me with check-in and even keeping my forgotten cell phone safe until I could retrieve it. The hostel is brand new and very clean, with comfortable bunk beds and fresh sheets and towels. The location is great, close to the rail station and within walking distance of hot springs. The breakfast was delicious, with a tasty cereal option. I had a restful night's sleep and was thankful for the pickup from the train station. I will definitely return.
