I had a wonderful stay at Mama Simona. The private bedroom with ensuite toilet was clean despite a few squeaky floorboards. The bed may have been old, but it was surprisingly comfortable. The storage lockers were a great convenience. The location was also ideal, with the central area just a short walk away.

Rooms clean and tidy, with plenty of space. Individual lockers for your bags for when you're trekking. Good maps and games in the communal area. Five minutes to main square and market. Decent breakfast included. Kitchen is good enough to make a lunch in. Very clean communal areas.

Breakfast was not very good. Wifi only available in common area, not in our room.

I stayed at Mama Simona for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast provided a great start to my day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the beds being especially cozy and equipped with reading lights. The showers had hot water and great pressure. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short two-block walk to the market and plenty of dining options. Mama Simona provided excellent value and I would definitely stay there again.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Lovely stay at Mama Simona! We were upgraded to a double room with an ensuite bathroom upon arrival. Great location, just a short walk into the center. The taxi service provided by the hostel was reliable and made our travel much easier. had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with arranging transportation and providing recommendations. the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the central market and a supermarket. Additionally, the common areas were cozy and welcoming, providing a nice place to relax and meet other travelers.

The towels in the room were not replaced during my stay, and they felt damp and musty. the Wi-Fi was only accessible in the main area, which was inconvenient when trying to use it in the room.

I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is located on a quiet street, but it's close to everything. I could easily walk to the market in just 5 minutes and reach the main streets of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel right at home. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the hotel had great facilities, including free luggage storage and two computers with internet access.

As a traveler exploring Cusco for a week, Mama Simona was the perfect choice. The comfortable bed and hot showers provided much-needed relaxation after a day of exploring. The hostel's location, just a short walk from Plaza de Armas, made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly and always happy to offer recommendations. The storage facilities were a great feature, allowing me to safely leave my bags while I went on a trek. Additionally, the hostel's amenities, such as the cozy common area and complimentary coca tea, created a warm and welcoming environment.

We got great value for our money at Mama Simona. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had plenty of space for our group. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the main square, and the staff, especially Maria Tapia, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The hotel breakfast could use some improvement. They only offered one egg per person, which was a bit limiting.
