The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is right on the beach. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, and the view from some of them is excellent. In addition, the staff is friendly and provides great service to the guests.

The food at the hotel is quite expensive and not outstanding.

I loved the beachfront view and the peaceful atmosphere at this hotel. It was so calming to wake up every morning and see the ocean just outside my window. The room design was unique and interesting, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. I especially want to mention Manuel at the front desk, Daniel the bartender, and Irene and Carolina who were always accommodating to our needs. The food at the hotel was delicious, and overall, I had an amazing experience.

Friendly staff, always helpful. Paola, Adri, Alejandro, Angie, and Irene stood out. Clean rooms with interesting design. Ocean view from bed. Great poolside. Delicious varied food and drinks. Fun night activities. Lovely hotel aesthetic. Good WiFi. a pleasant stay.

We had an incredible time at this beachfront hotel. The staff were fantastic and made our stay memorable. Special shoutout to Jesus, Mariana, and Alexa for their exceptional service. The food and drinks menu was diverse and delicious, and there were plenty of seating options by the restaurant and pool. The teepee rooms were a unique and relaxing accommodation choice. As backpackers, we appreciated the comfort and convenience this hotel offered.

Felt warm, no complaints.

The staff were amazing, always there to help with a smile on their faces. They even helped me find my lost items. Two complementary facts offered and the Wi-Fi was excellent throughout. Location was perfect, right by the beach with easy access.

Although the building was modern, little things like the doors and the smell of the kitchen were not up to standard. the beds were too small and I had to sleep in sand, which was not a pleasant experience.
