I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location, just a short 15-minute walk to the main square, and the warm, homely atmosphere created by the incredibly kind staff who always go the extra mile for guests, making my stay really enjoyable.

All inward-facing windows can be annoying when early risers depart for tours!!! Small bathrooms could use an upgrade, and the shower temperature changing unpredictably was quite frustrating!!! No elevators for tired travelers!!!

The staff went above and beyond, assisting us with

every request, from arranging transportation to providing extra blankets. The hotel had an inviting atmosphere and the food was delightful, especially the pisco sour. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in the rooms but great in the courtyard.

We absolutely love the location as it's just a short stroll from the main plaza where all the excitement happens. The staff are wonderfully friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you feel right at home. The breakfast is a delightful way to start the day, with options like freshly cooked eggs and delicious coffee!

The bathrooms are a bit small and could use some updating.

We stayed at a charming hotel that felt like home. The manager was exceptionally kind, even preparing a takeaway meal for us when we arrived. The location was ideal, just a quick walk to the main square, making it convenient with two little kids.

In my wife’s opinion, the bathrooms could be larger.

The Standard Queen Room was comfy and clean, making it easy to relax after exploring. I loved how the layout felt genuine, with a charming courtyard view. The bed was soft, but I wished for blackout curtains since the morning light came in strong. There was a bit of noise from the courtyard, but nothing too distracting. The bathroom was decent, but more space would’ve been nice. It’s a great spot to unwind after a day out!

I had such a cozy stay here! The manager was super helpful, got us a last-minute take-out meal when we were in a rush to leave for a city tour. that care made me feel like more than just a guest! Also, the staff remembered my name, greeted me every time I walked by, made me feel welcomed like I belonged there.

this hotel is super chill, like just a quick 10 minute walk to the square and all the cool restaurants around. the staff is really nice too, they helped us with our bags and even gave us a takeaway breakfast for our early trek. the rooms are comfy. You gotta check out the stunning foyer, it’s so beautiful. also, it was great to have free coffee in the lobby whenever we needed. it’s rustic but has a comfy vibe overall.

However, the Wi-Fi connection in some rooms was inconsistent at times, and the hill leading to the main plaza might be a challenge for some. Overall, the experience felt charming and personal.

I had a wonderful time! When I left really early for an excursion, the kitchen prepped a brown bag breakfast for me! Such a thoughtful touch. And the manager went above and beyond when I had a little hiccup with my plans, he sorted everything out like a pro, no worries! The staff made me feel at home, especially Roxana, who helped with recommendations with a smile.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but considering the warm hospitality and comfort, it was totally acceptable.
