We had a fantastic stay at a great place in Puno. The hotel, Pacha Suite, was very clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was incredibly nice. The location was perfect, being very close to the main plaza. The beds were super comfortable with extra warm down comforters. We also appreciated the good hot water in the shower and the cleanliness of the bathroom. The staff went above and beyond, allowing us to use the lounge after checkout and even helped us with finding the right taxi at a fair price. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location was perfect, just a few steps away from the main square and close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always ready to help with any requests or questions we had. We also appreciated that they offered a tour desk, making it convenient for us to book activities and explore the city.

We found the shower pressure to be a little low, but it didn't hinder our overall experience as we still enjoyed a nice hot shower after a long day of exploring. the breakfast was quite basic and could have been more varied and fresh.

Mind-blowing cozy spot with super clean rooms and a jaw-droppingly comfortable bed. The breakfast is delicious with a GREAT selection. The staff is super helpful and even offer free luggage storage. The wi-fi is strong and there's a flat-screen TV in the room. Perfect location for hiking and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. No pets or smoking allowed.

We had a wonderful stay at Pacha Suite in Puno. We were greeted by the friendly 24-hour reception staff who allowed us to check in early and provided us with our room keys. The hostel's location was perfect, close to the center and convenient for exploring. The breakfast offered was both delicious and affordable. We also appreciated the option to book tours directly through the hostel. Another bonus was being able to leave our luggage after check out. Additionally, the availability of a hair dryer was a great convenience. we had a fantastic experience at Pacha Suite.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Puno that was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks away from the main plaza and Lima street where all the restaurants are. The staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even put hot water bottles in our beds and organized an early breakfast for us when we had to leave early in the morning.

Quiet, cozy, clean room. Comfortable bed, hot shower, daily towel change. Delicious breakfast with variety of options. Helpful staff, free luggage storage, hot water and tea available. Strong Wi-Fi, TV with good channel selection. Great location near main square, restaurants, shops. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for a few days' stay.

We stayed at a spacious room with very comfortable beds at Pacha Suite. The location was convenient, it was close to the center despite being in one of the many narrow streets. The hosts were nice and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out and wait in the main area for our bus. The hot water in the shower was working well during our stay. One of the hosts spoke English, which was helpful. a great place to stay in Puno.

I recently stayed at Pacha Suite in Puno for a few days and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, close to Plaza de Armas and surrounded by local shops, restaurants, and currency exchange centers. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, and the shower in my room was strong and refreshing. The beds were very comfortable and the room itself was spacious. The hotel also allowed us to store our luggage after check-out and provided a warm main area to wait for our bus. Pacha Suite provided excellent service and value for money.

the room we were assigned was quite small and cramped, making it difficult for us to relax and enjoy our romantic getaway. the walls were very thin, which meant we could hear every noise from the neighboring rooms and hallways, making it hard to get a restful night's sleep.
