The hotel had a great location, right in front of the river with beautiful views of the mountains. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the accommodations and the hotel facilities. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with valuable travel tips. The breakfast offered was perfect for an energy booster before our Machu Picchu hike.

Great Location: the hotel is situated near the river, offering stunning views of the mountains. It is also conveniently located close to the bus stop and train station, making it easy to access key attractions. Excellent Staff: the staff at the hotel were amazing, taking care of us from the moment we arrived until after we checked out. the service provided was exceptional.

Cleaning could be improved: While the room was generally clean, it could have been a bit cleaner. We weren't expecting it to be spotless, but a higher level of cleanliness would have been appreciated.

This hotel is located in the lower part of town by the main street where buses pass by to/from Machu Picchu citadel. It's on the river side but away from the crazy part of the town, away from the rattling train but still just 3 minutes away from everything, especially the bus you take in the morning is close and easy to find as it is the same street just up the hill. The rooms are centrally located and clean, with the bathrooms being more than comfortable. Breakfast starts at 4:30 am which caters perfectly to those who want to catch the early bus to Machu Picchu.

The view from my balcony at Panorama B&B was absolutely breathtaking! After a long day exploring, it was so relaxing to sit and watch the rushing river below. The convenience of the location was also a major plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was wonderful! the staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the breakfast was really good, with freshly squeezed orange and pineapple juice, a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was perfect, being one of the first on the road to the famous site and offering a stunning view of the Urubamba river. We loved sitting on the balcony, enjoying the scenery and watching the world go by.

The only downside was the presence of mosquitoes in the room. Being located near the river, it was understandable, but it would have been better if the rooms were sealed better against insects.

The bed is super comfy and perfect for a restful night's sleep. The staff is friendly and the price is great. The coffee is amazing and the breakfast options are fantastic. They also offer a storage service for bags.

It was really perfect for walking to Machu Picchu rather than taking the bus. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the bus stop made it very convenient for catching the bus to Machu Picchu. The views from the rooms were amazing, with everything we needed close by - the train station, restaurants, and even the Machu Picchu sign. The service provided by the staff was great, and the rooms were very comfortable with views of the river and an en suite bathroom. The breakfast spread was really impressive, with a good variety of breads, cereal, fruit, and fresh juices. It was a lovely touch that they even kept our bags for the day while we were exploring Machu Picchu. And let's not forget that they offer free tea all day long, even if you've already checked out - definitely something to look forward to!

As a tourist, I loved the friendly and professional hotel staff. The lady at the lobby went above and beyond to help my wife with medical support. The proprietor of the hotel was excellent, meeting us at the train station and assisting us in buying bus tickets for Machu Picchu. Breakfast starting at 4:30am was fantastic, and the hotel was conveniently located in Agua Calientes, with the river providing nice natural white noise. The bathrooms were also very nice.

This hotel is well located at the end of the main street with easy access to the bus stop for Machu Picchu. The rooms are nice with cute small balconies facing the river and the breakfast is great, with a chef to cook fresh omelets and GREAT Peruvian coffee!

This provides a quieter atmosphere compared to other areas of town, and the views from the rooms with balconies are absolutely stunning. The staff at this hotel are also exceptional, providing great service and attention to detail. The breakfast here is a real highlight, with great Peruvian coffee and the option of having eggs cooked to your liking by the chef.

The location was perfect, right across from the bus departure spot for Machu Picchu. Our room had a stunning view of the river, and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the hot shower was a wonderful treat. The hotel provided free luggage storage and the WiFi worked well. Altogether, we had a great stay at Panorama B&B and would definitely recommend it.
