Great location near the main plaza and historical center. Friendly and accommodating staff allowing early check-in and storing bags after checkout. Comfortable rooms and clean facilities. a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The hotel had a prime spot, centrally located near all the main attractions in town. the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. we appreciated the complimentary breakfast and comfortable beds, which made for a great start to our day.

While the location was convenient, it was also quite noisy due to the bustling city outside. the internal courtyard-facing room lacked natural light and could be loud during hotel events.

I arrived in Trujillo early in the morning and the hotel graciously allowed me to check in before the usual time. The location is fantastic, just a block away from the main plaza and the historical center. The staff went above and beyond in helping me arrange day trips with a local agency, which turned out to be a great experience. my stay at Plaza was comfortable and enjoyable.
