This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent bathrooms that include a bathtub. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are well taken care of, including serviceable wifi. The breakfast, served with a 360-degree view of the city, is a delightful way to start the day.

All in all, this hotel was a wonderful stay.

Text: My recent stay at Polo Cusco Suites was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is super clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a worry-free stay. The rooms were modern, well-furnished, and the hot water was plentiful. The views from the rooms were stunning, with a fantastic view of the city and surrounding hills. The hotel also provided hot cocoa tea in the lobby, which was great for combating altitude sickness. The staff arranged taxis to and from the airport at unbelievably cheap rates, making transportation a breeze. The included continental breakfast was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk to the main Square. The front desk staff provided top-notch customer care, assisting with everything from directions to answering all my questions. I had a wonderful experience at Polo Cusco Suites and would highly recommend it.

Spacious rooms, convenient location near bus station, good cafes and restaurants nearby, excellent rooftop restaurant with incredible view, helpful staff and early breakfast for early tours.

On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near the train station and bus terminal, allowing for easy transportation options. Additionally, the hotel offers stunning views of the city from its higher floors, providing a memorable experience for guests.

The hotel had a few issues that detracted from the experience. the Wi-Fi connectivity was poor, particularly in the rooms, which made it difficult to make reservations and plan activities.
