We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk everywhere. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to answer our questions. The warm water in the shower was always a welcome treat. The rooftop breakfast room provided stunning views of the town, and helped us acclimate to the high altitude. The service we received was top-notch and it was definitely great value for money.

We stayed at the Pukara Puka Kantuta hotel in Puno for our 2-day/1-night tour of Uros, Amantani, and Taquile. The staff, especially Rosa, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even convinced us to do the tour, which turned out to be amazing and worth the fair price. The hotel also offered luggage storage and booked our bus to Copacabana for no extra cost. The rooms had heating, a much-appreciated feature in the cold nights of July/August. Additionally, the breakfast on the rooftop terrace provided a beautiful start to our mornings.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in a great location. Pukara Puka Kantuta offered incredible value for money. The room had a little heater, which was perfect for the chilly nights, and the hot water supply seemed endless. The luxurious feel of the place really stood out.
