The value for money at the hotel was great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, nestled in the jungle but only a short walk from the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering guided tours of Machu Picchu if needed.

The breakfast option could have been improved, perhaps by offering a wider variety of choices.

I loved staying at this eco B&B in the high jungle. the location is amazing, although there are a lot of stairs to climb. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the view from the breakfast terrace was incredible, overlooking the mountains around Machu Picchu. I appreciated the pick-up service from the train station. it was a great value and a unique experience.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with windows all around and a giant balcony/patio. We were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery and relax in the comfort of our beds. The staff, especially Pavel, the manager, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He even acted as our personal guide to Machu Picchu when our original guide couldn't make it. We are truly grateful for his assistance. the location of the hotel was perfect, being centrally located and close to the train and bus stations.

That breakfast was served on the rooftop, which was right above our room. This meant that in the morning, we would hear the noise from the crowd of people having breakfast.

the beds were outstanding with amazing sheets, and the shower was the best I had experienced during my month-long trip. the breakfast, although early at 5am, was perfectly cooked and included delicious yogurt, cheese, bread. the lodge also helped arrange a fantastic guide for our visit to Machu Picchu. I highly recommend this place to anyone who doesn't mind a few stairs.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the train and bus stations. the staff were friendly and helpful, even meeting us at the train station to assist with our bags. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. the shower was also excellent, offering a refreshing and soothing experience.

The breakfast hours were a bit early, but the staff accommodated our preferred time with a slight delay. the glass doors in the room let in a lot of outside light, which made it bright all night.

I recently stayed at Rupa Rupa and had an amazing experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They provided a pick-up from the station, recommended a fantastic guide, and even accompanied me to the ticket store. The location is perfect, with beautiful views from the room and a central square location. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out before heading to Machu Picchu. The shower had excellent hot water and strong water pressure, and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room were impressive.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the hotel is quite hidden and requires a long walk up a staircase, which may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a hot, high-pressure shower. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at a cute and small B&B with amazing views. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was great, right in the center square. the hike up to the B&B was a bit challenging with 100 stairs, but the view made it worth it. the breakfast served on the terraza was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. We also appreciated the heater in the room, which helped warm us up after walking in the drizzly rain.
