The staff were friendly and the location was cozy and secluded, yet conveniently close to everything we needed. The beds were warm and the shower was hot. The restaurant served excellent meals, with good vegetarian options. The hotel had beautiful views in the morning and we slept well despite the potential noise.

They even prepared a breakfast package for our early morning trek to Machu Picchu.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the central square and within walking distance to the train and bus stations. the rooms were clean and rustic, which added to the exciting experience. the loft in my room had a breathtaking view of the mountains, making it a truly memorable stay.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. there were no screens on the windows, which allowed mosquitoes to enter the room.

Great value for the money with a cozy room and amazing views. The staff at Tree House Lodge were exceptional and took excellent care of us, especially with our little one.

I had an amazing experience at this lodge in Aguas Calientes. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making sure all my needs were met during my four-day stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower and facilities. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and the relaxing sound of the Urubamba river. a worthwhile and enjoyable stay.

There were some minor issues with the Wi-Fi connection, but that was to be expected in such a high location.

One drawback of this lodge is that the walls are quite thin, so you can hear noise from the neighboring rooms. Additionally, the lodge is located up a flight of old stone steps, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we enjoyed the cozy and clean rooms. the hot showers were a lifesaver, especially during the cooler weather. the location was perfect, being very close to the main square. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a treehouse-like atmosphere, which added to the charm and uniqueness of our experience.

We were disappointed with the staff's response to our request for new towels. Despite staying at the hotel for two nights, they refused to accommodate our simple request.

The best night sleep I had my whole trip! I missed my reservation due to travel complications and the staff still let me have my room when I got into town two days late! Everything was clean and the beds were super comfy. They were awesome and the room was sooooo cool! Thank you Eco Lodge ❤️

Stayed in room #6, beautiful and private with hot tub. Bed was super comfortable. Staff fixed hot water issue and treated us great. Easy walk to train station and main square. Fantastic morning views. Breakfast starts at 4:30am for MP trek. Luggage storage until 4pm. Nice rooms, well-equipped. Location requires climbing stairs.
