The hotel is located in the heart of the city, surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast was incredible, with a special mention to the superb service from Jamie.

The service could use some improvement. On the first day, we had to share shower towels and there was no shampoo provided.

Located in front of the Monastery of Santa Catalina, this hotel is perfectly situated in the historic city center. The rooms are beautifully decorated and offer lots of natural light. The bathrooms are clean and modern, with all essential facilities working well. The staff is professional and courteous, always ready to solve any problems. Although breakfast is basic and scarce, the warm welcome from Sr. Jaime in the dining area makes your day. The small business center and nearby amenities add to the convenience of this hotel.

One downside is that some rooms face a noisy street with nightclubs, causing disturbance during weekends or festivities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location opposite Sta Carolina monastery in the historical center of Arequipa was perfect. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided was delicious and included in the price.

The hotel is in a prime location, right across from the famous Santa Catalina monastery. Guests can easily walk to the Plaza de Armas, restaurants, shops, and bars. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to provide great service. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of fresh items, including delicious juices. The architecture of the hotel is stunning, adding to the overall charm.

One negative aspect is that there was some construction happening in the hotel, which was not communicated to guests in advance, causing inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel close to the main square. the breakfast variety was great and our server Jaime was so helpful. the staff even offered us tea for the altitude. the architecture of the hotel is gorgeous, and the rooms were clean. the staff was always available and gave us suggestions on what to do. They truly seek to satisfy their customers.

the hotel, San Agustin Posada Del Monasterio, is situated in the middle of fantastic restaurants, bars, and cafes. It is surrounded by many other hotels as well. the rooms were comfortable, albeit modest, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel also had a small but charming garden. the staff was welcoming and accommodating to my needs, promptly addressing any concerns. the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. the entrance and the building's decor took me back in time, creating a unique atmosphere.

During my stay at the hotel, I had a wonderful experience. The staff at the front desk provided excellent service and were very helpful. They went out of their way to assist me with any questions or needs I had. Additionally, the restaurant staff, particularly Jaime, gave me great suggestions for sightseeing and lunch options in the city. I truly enjoyed my time at the hotel and I will definitely recommend it to others. I had a great experience and I look forward to returning.

The cleanliness of the floors was a major letdown. The vinyl flooring was visibly dirty, with piles of dust in the corners.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the free Christmas dinner and champagne offered by the hotel. the hotel's location was great, just a stone's throw away from the main square and close to plenty of restaurants. We also enjoyed the beautiful courtyard of the hotel, which provided a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our sleep was disturbed by the loud noise from a nearby club, which persisted until the early morning. This was not enjoyable and detracted from our overall experience.
