The location was great, very close to the main square and attractions. The breakfast had a good variety of fruits and warm food changing daily. The staff was generally helpful and friendly.

The room was not properly cleaned, there were hairs on the bed and in the bathroom. The heating in the room was not working properly, and the room was very cold at night.

The design of the hotel is unique and pleasant to look at. The location is just a short walk away from the main squares of Cusco, making it convenient yet quiet. The staff, particularly Yonatan, was extremely helpful and professional. The hot water kettle in the room was a nice touch, especially for those adjusting to the high altitudes. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting.
