This new hotel is conveniently located pretty close to the airport and not too far from the old town, but you'll need a taxi to get there. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff is warm, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. The breakfast is abundant and varied, and there is a dining room with a terrace overlooking the volcanoes.

There is some construction going on around the hotel, which can be noisy at times.

The facilities are new and the staff is always helpful. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and spotless. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large. The on-site restaurant offers amazing food. The hotel offers transfer services and laundry service. The property itself is beautiful, with impressive stone and glass details. The staff, particularly Milagros and Gloria, are warm, knowledgeable, and caring. The hotel also has a dining room on the fifth floor with a terrace that offers a nice view of the volcanoes.

The room was comfortable and spotless, with reliable WiFi. Despite the minor drawbacks of no room heating and dim lighting, our overall experience at Sonesta Hotel was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and comfort.

We stayed at a hotel during Thanksgiving break and it was amazing! the location was very convenient, just a short taxi ride from the city center and tourist attractions. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. the facilities were clean and well-maintained, with amenities like a restaurant, gym and pool that made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the best parts was the delicious food - we couldn't get enough of it!

The only thing we could say is that some taxi drivers charged us more than usual for rides to and from the hotel, but that's not the hotel's fault. Even with that, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel provides top-notch service and exclusive amenities that make for a luxurious stay. the Spa centre and its services are exceptional, as well as the Sun terrace where you can relax with stunning views. the Spa lounge is also a great place to unwind, and the Full body massage was heavenly. the Restaurant offers delicious meals, including Special diet menus. Private facilities in the room make you feel pampered and comfortable.

The prices may be a bit high compared to other hotels in the area, but considering the quality of service and amenities, it is worth it. the only minor issue is the limited options at the Snack bar.
