We loved the amazing view from the restaurant/breakfast room, overlooking Lake Titicaca. The free range guinea pigs and llamas in the garden added a unique touch. The pier at the bottom of the garden made it convenient to take trips to/from the nearby islands. The staff were helpful, calling taxis and allowing early check-in. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good selection. The hotel had wifi and a nice hot shower.

The breakfast was good with good coffee. The restaurant had a good variety of choices. View of Lake Titicaca from the restaurant was awesome making dining in the restaurant worth it. Also, you can see wild guinea pigs on the ground on the hotel, it was a nice addition. The room with a lake view was lovely and quiet. We spent New Years Eve here and went out to the back patio/backyard, which is huge, to have a great view of the town lit up with fireworks. The staff were helpful and called taxis for us when we wanted to go out. We were also able to check in early since we took an overnight bus and arrived very early in the morning. Breakfast buffet was included, which was quite good. There was also wifi that worked pretty well. Plus a nice hot shower!

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Puno and there were a few things that we absolutely loved. the hotel had stunning views of the lake, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Lastly, the hotel had a beautiful garden with guinea pigs and alpacas, which added a unique charm to the property.

While the overall experience was great, there were a couple of downsides that we encountered. the front desk staff could have been more attentive and welcoming, especially during the nighttime.
