We loved the friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch and the modern interiors were impressive. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the main square. The breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The comfortable beds and gorgeous bathrooms were a bonus. a great value for money and highly recommended.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the clean and modern rooms at this hotel. The fresh orange juice served at breakfast was a refreshing treat. the terrace provided a lovely view of the surrounding mountains, adding to the romantic ambiance.

The constant traffic noise from the nearby street made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the open design of the building allowed for sounds from nearby shops and their loud music to be quite annoying.

The staff were mega friendly and helpful, always making us feel like rockstars. The location was dope, just a short walk to Plaza de Armas and wicked attractions. The rooms were hella comfortable and clean, with hot water and chill vibes. And the breakfast? On point! So much variety including fresh fruit and bread for us vegan legends. Tierra Viva knows how to treat a squad right!

If we had to pick one thing, we'd just ask for a better party scene. We're young and wild, looking for a turnt up time.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a short distance from the main square. It's the perfect place to stay if you're planning a trip to the Colca Canyon. The rooms are spacious and come with a comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, and the service from the staff is excellent. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including bacon. The hotel also has a roof terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding volcanoes.

One minor issue is that the street-facing rooms can be a bit noisy, but this can be easily solved by requesting a room at the backside of the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. It is located right in the center of the old city, very near the main attractions, in a safe area. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with all amenities. The breakfast is delicious, with great views of the mountains and a beautiful cake made with local products.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Arequipa. The location of this hotel was superb- just a 5-minute walk from the main square and all the major attractions like Monasterio de Santa Catalina, La Catedral, and Museo Santuarios Andinos were within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by a plethora of great restaurant options, so finding a delicious meal was never a problem during my stay.

We had a great experience at Tierra Viva! the rooms were spacious with big comfortable beds and good showers. We especially enjoyed the free daily water and chocolates. the staff were very friendly and the location was excellent, just a short walk from Plaza de Armas. They even called a taxi for us and confirmed the time and price multiple times, ensuring a hassle-free trip to the bus terminal. we highly recommend Tierra Viva for a pleasant stay in a convenient location.

During my stay at Tierra Viva, I was amazed by the level of personalized attention I received. When I arrived at the hotel, my airport pickup was waiting for me, making my arrival stress-free.
