I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room, although a little worn out, was clean and my children absolutely loved it. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool and the Bricks restaurant, were great and added to the overall fun atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was incredibly close to the largest airport in the country and conveniently located near the lounge area at the front of the hotel. Their EXCELLENT English skills made communication easy, and they were understanding of my limited Spanish. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with a fantastic shower. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. The hotel is located in a quiet area with beautiful gardens and stunning views. The price was reasonable for the quality of service. The staff provided great restaurant recommendations and a laundry service. a great choice for a stay in Cusco.

The hotel was conveniently located in the center of the San Blas district, just a short walk away from the Plaza de Armas. This made it easy for us to explore the city without having to tackle any challenging hills. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options.

Loved the clean and well-maintained property with friendly and helpful staff. The free breakfast was simple but tasty and added to the great value. The views from the rooms and garden areas were amazing, especially considering the short uphill walk from the main plaza. The staff was always willing to help with any needs that arose. Most taxis were able to reach the hotel, and there were good nearby restaurants to try. It was also great that they offered free luggage storage for our hiking trip. a great value for a nice room with friendly staff.

The rooms could be a bit chilly, especially the bathrooms. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, and sometimes limited to the public areas.

The staff was attentive and available 24/7 at reception. Our matrimonial suite was spacious, with a newly renovated bathroom. We also enjoyed the stunning view of Cusco from our window. The hotel provided free tea and coca leaves for altitude sickness. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, and bread. we were impressed with the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.
