Mind-blowing location, jaw-dropping value for money with free breakfast and balcony room. Outstandingly accommodating staff who went above and beyond, even allowing last-minute cancellation and luggage storage. Helpful front desk for day trips and recommending an awesome private guide. Amazing housekeeping, yummy breakfast, and convenient walking distance to shops and transportation. Tea station and cozy sofa for relaxation. Clean rooms, hot water, and overall felt extremely safe. We will definitely return!

The front desk at Kapac Inn was incredibly helpful in planning our day trips to various locations. They even recommended a private guide who made our experience even better. The staff took care of our laundry while we explored the city. From housekeeping to breakfast crew, everyone was pleasant and courteous. We definitely plan to stay again!

my recent stay in cusco was amazing, but my stay at kapac inn truly blew me away. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even recommending a private guide for our day trips. they took care of our laundry while we were out exploring, and the breakfast was delicious. we will definitely be staying here again!

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the staff at Kapac Inn were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the room was spotlessly clean and had a heater, which was a plus during the winter. They even provided a pick-up and drop-off service to the airport free of charge. the breakfast, though simple, was sufficient to start our day. we highly recommend Kapac Inn for its excellent service and amenities.
