The hotel is located in a great area, near the market, water, plaza, and restaurants. the air conditioner worked really well, which was a nice relief from the hot weather.

The breakfast was poor quality and lacked variety. the airport transfer only covers the arrival, not the return.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with nearby markets, waterfront, plaza, and restaurants within walking distance. The staff at Ventura Isabel were incredibly nice and helpful, making our stay pleasant. The air conditioner in our room worked well, providing relief from the heat. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.
