Staying in a more residential area away from the crowds of the city was a major advantage. The quiet location close to the ocean allowed for relaxing walks around La Punta and the very safe neighborhood. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and plenty of light. The staff provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere, offering tea, coffee, and hot water throughout the day. The breakfast was delicious and there were amenities available for purchase at reasonable prices.

There were some issues with bugs in the rooms, particularly sand flies in the bathroom and occasionally on the bed.

I had an amazing stay at a charming hotel called Villa La Punta. the staff and owner went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. the owner even offered to personally drive us to our destination in her private vehicle. the hotel's location, near a safe boardwalk and close to the beach, was perfect. the staff was attentive and fixed a lock malfunction immediately, ensuring our security. They even stayed up until 3:00 a.m. to check us in and make sure we were settled.

Louisa, the hostess, was incredibly kind and made us feel so welcomed. the rooms were spacious and clean, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. We had a late flight, but Louisa allowed us to check out at 4:30pm without any extra charge. the location was perfect too, with lots of restaurants and scenic walkways nearby. the staff went above and beyond when my wife had a medical problem, arranging a taxi to the clinic and even sending someone to check on her. I can't recommend Villa La Punta enough, it truly made a great impression on us.

Spacious, well-decorated room with perfect-sized bathroom. Delightful outdoor deck area for relaxing or socializing.
