Is it really that good? my take

The hotel offers a perfect location for exploring main attractions, with friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast buffet that exceeded my expectations.

The rooms were small and lacked basic amenities, and I had a disturbing experience with the noisy rooftop bar disrupting my sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at Vita Hoteles Arequipa! The location was perfect for walking around the main square, and my room was spacious, clean, and had a huge comfortable bed that was easy to relax in. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the rooftop terrace had a stunning view—totally worth it!

The shower had a bit of a spray issue.

The room was comfortable for my three-night stay, with everything I needed right there. It had a solid vibe for solo travelers, great for a quick recharge before heading out.

However, I was on the 4th floor next to a rooftop bar, and the noise was a real problem—clearing up went on until 11 pm and the single-glazed windows did me no favors with traffic and music blaring all night. Also, I faced two evenings with no hot water which is a drag. The so-called swimming pool looked more like a cesspool—filthy and stagnant, definitely not inviting. Breakfast options seemed limited, and for take-away, it was a downright disappointment. Overall, the location might be lively, but it came at a noisy cost.

the location is super convenient for exploring arequipa, really close to all the main sights. the staff is chill and helpful. The breakfast has a decent spread. hot shower worked great, which was a plus after a long day. rooms are pretty stylish and comfy. they even have luggage storage if ur heading to colca canyon.

but the wifi was super slow and the noise from the rooftop bar kept me up a few nights. also, there was no hot water for a couple of afternoons, which sucked.
