The hotel was situated in an ideal location, right off the plaza, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally helpful and provided great service. The breakfast included was satisfactory and there was a 24/7 availability of Coca tea. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious, with some even having spa baths. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely courtyard and incorporated the outdoors, creating a unique atmosphere.

Sometimes, the noise from the surrounding area, particularly the plaza, could be disruptive.

This hotel really surprised me with its excellent location right in the heart of the city. Being just steps away from the main plaza of Cusco made it extremely convenient for exploring the area and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. The staff here were outstanding - always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, I appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, with a little heater provided for those chilly nights. And despite the busy location, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.
