We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Santa Fe. The place was clean and well-maintained, with everything in working order, including the AC and hot shower. The location was perfect, as it was close to the beautiful beaches of Bantayan island and within walking distance to the town center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options provided, including fresh fruit. this hotel offered great value for money and was the perfect place to relax after a day of adventures.

Well-equipped kitchen available for an extra fee. Spacious room with 3 double beds and an additional room. Only a few minutes' walk from stunning Sugar Beach. Friendly staff. Extended our stay due to the enjoyable experience.

We loved the fact that the hotel had motorbikes available for hire. It made getting around the city and visiting the main beaches and bars so much easier. The modern conditions of the hotel, including the bathroom, were a pleasant surprise. The pictures advertised were true to reality, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

The split system air conditioning in our room had some issues, cutting out before reaching the set temperature. the small bathroom was a bit inconvenient, with the wet room design causing the floor to always be wet.

Big rooms with balconies, perfect for families or groups of friends. Kitchen facility available for guests to use, including utensils for cooking. Clothes hanger rack on balconies for drying wet clothes. Good wifi signal in some rooms. Good breakfast options, with fresh fruit always included. Air conditioning is effective and not noisy.

We had a great experience at Adelaida Pensionne. the staff were friendly and attentive, always offering help when needed. the rooms were clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities like a hot shower and air conditioning. We especially liked the comfortable bed and the little terrace where we could relax during coffee time. the hotel's location near the beach and restaurants in Bantayan was convenient. And we appreciated the option to cook our own dinner using the kitchen and utensils provided by Adelaida. It truly felt like a home away from home.
