We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable, and well-lit. The hotel was conveniently located near the business district, within walking distance of IT park, and close to the beach. We were able to easily explore the city's nightlife, casinos, bars, karaoke, and restaurants. Plus, there were 24-hour convenience stores just a minute away. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and even returned our change when it was short. this hotel offered great value for money and had excellent facilities.

The smell in the property was quite unpleasant, making it difficult to enjoy the overall atmosphere. The ongoing repainting during my stay was a bit inconvenient, but thankfully it did not significantly affect my experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cebu and had a wonderful experience. The standard room at the hotel was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The air conditioning worked well and they even provided complimentary bottled water. The breakfast served was delicious and generously portioned. The location of the hotel was also great, situated in a modern and clean area called IT PARK. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity that stayed open 24 hours. It was also reassuring to see the high level of security in the area, making me feel safe throughout my stay. The staff at the hotel were exceptional - friendly, polite, and always willing to offer their assistance. They made me feel welcome and were patient with all of my inquiries. Additionally, the hotel was just a short walk away from a shopping mall and numerous dining options.

We had a great stay at Alba Uno! The location is perfect, close to IT park and lots of cafes, cheap food houses, and a night market. Despite being surrounded by all these options, the hotel itself is pleasantly quiet. There are also convenient places like McDonald's, 7/11, Rico's Lechon, and Dunkin just a few meters away. Although the hotel doesn't serve breakfast, there is a seafood restaurant downstairs or you can easily order food through Grab and enjoy it in your room. The rooms were super clean and the bed linens smelled fresh. We also appreciated the water dispenser on each floor. They provided all the necessary amenities like towels, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Room mix-up, unmade room with other people's things, and slow breakfast service. Shady inner roads and lack of additional amenities like a pool or garden.

For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth! The room was spotlessly clean and the bed, oh my, it was like sleeping on clouds! The hotel's location at IT Park was perfect - close to restaurants and safe to walk around at night. But what really made our stay special was the friendly and accommodating staff. Kudos to them!
