During my recent stay, I had an amazing Christmas experience at a hotel in Cebu. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome right from the start. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was also perfect for me, with easy access to restaurants and other amenities nearby.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like. The breakfast options were limited, especially for someone like me who cannot eat rice or chicken in the morning.

The database Wifi works well. The room is comfortable and always clean. Close to Gaisano Country mall with interesting on-site shops such as a restaurant, laundry, and convenience store.

I arrived at this hotel feeling tired, but I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff at the reception. The room was clean, bright, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and the convenient water tank in the hallway for refilling. The hotel's location, just across the road from a mall with delicious food options, was perfect for me. It was also very close to the airport, which made it ideal for a quick transit or for those looking to relax on their first day in the Philippines. The only minor downside was that the beds were quite firm, so if you prefer a softer mattress, keep that in mind. I had a pleasant experience at Alicia Tower Residences and would definitely recommend it to others.
