I stayed 2 nights at Bai Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Despite being sick with stomach flu, I received excellent care from the clinic on-site and was able to recover quickly. The staff, particularly the morning and daytime team in the dining area, including Vince, Candy, Pearl, Lenie, and Shelia, were outstanding. Their professionalism, friendly service, and attention to every guest's needs truly set them apart. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and the included breakfast had a fantastic variety of options. This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in and I will definitely recommend it to others.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to shopping centres. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room amenities were fantastic, including free Wi-Fi and a soundproofed room. The dining options were diverse, and the food was outstanding. The swimming pool and spa centre were great for relaxing and unwinding.

I recently stayed at Bai Hotel for a short trip and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The rooms are clean and modern, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. The Executive lounge offered an excellent range of food, and I appreciated the complimentary drinks stocked in the room's fridge. The infinity pool on the 21st floor provided a picturesque view, especially at night from the twilight bar on the 23rd floor. The breakfast buffet had a great international selection, and the hotel's overall ambience made it feel truly luxurious.

Upgraded to king bed but requested 2 single beds and connecting rooms. Executive bedroom comes with complimentary refreshments. Well-trained staff, nice ambience. Infinity pool with picturesque view. a worthy stay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel room was spacious and had just the right amount of space for my needs. I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary fruits and dried mango in the room, a thoughtful touch.

I had requested housekeeping assistance by pressing the housekeeping button, but unfortunately, they did not attend to my room for over two hours. I was disappointed as I had expected the room to be made up during that time.

While the breakfast restaurant may not have the best quality food, the executive lounge upstairs offers excellent quality and plenty of options. The pool bar staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel also boasts a rooftop pool deck with a great view, and the food served is varied and tasty.

We had a lovely romantic escape, and the hotel was perfect for it! the staff was fantastic and so friendly. We received complimentary wine upon arrival, and it was a great touch. the hotel had a perfect location, close to a beautiful mall, and the view from our room was incredible. We loved the rooftop bar, which had amazing drinks and beautiful panoramic views of the city.

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the noise from the traffic. the hotel is located near busy roads, and it can be quite noisy, plus the rooms were quite small.
