Balai Sa Baibai is the perfect place for those seeking isolation, serenity, and tranquility. the resort's spacious and homey rooms, along with the stunning nature views from the wide balconies, made it hard for me to leave. the staff, especially the girl at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. the breakfast was delightful with freshly squeezed juices and homemade bread. the resort's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and the hotel even helped coordinate motorcycle rentals and food deliveries from local restaurants.

One downside is that the pool villa rooms may have some issues with cleanliness due to a family of sparrows nesting nearby.

we just celebrated our anniversary in Mambajao and were blown away by the exceptional experience at Balai Sa Baibai. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel like royalty. The private beach with stunning sunsets was pure paradise. Definitely the best value for money. We can't wait to go back.
