The beach was nice and the staff was friendly. The food was good and we had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel had a pool and a bar which was an advantage. The location of the hotel was perfect, it was close to the mall and other tourist spots.

The wifi was terrible and it was hard to connect. The rooms were not clean and the linens were old. The Christmas decorations were not put up which was disappointing. The hotel had no activities for the guests and it felt like there was nothing to do. the experience was not worth the money spent.

Clean rooms and toilets, good food at the restaurant, friendly and hardworking staff, warm and accommodating Resort Manager, ideal location.

During my recent stay at Balay Kogon, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and warm staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had a memorable experience. One particular highlight was my son's birthday surprise party, which the staff helped me organize. The manager personally welcomed us and made us feel special. The facilities were clean, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Despite a few minor delays and the distant sound of karaoke, our overall experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend Balay Kogon for a blissful vacation.
