The hotel was under renovation during my stay, causing inconvenience and a temporary makeshift entrance. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable and the location was near the red light district, making it uncomfortable to walk outside.

During our stay, we loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was right in the centre of everything, close to some famous sights like Entramuros. Plus, it was so close to a wonderful local park that we jogged in most evenings. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the city. The staff provided excellent service and made sure we had everything we needed. Additionally, the breakfast had a great selection of delicious food.

The hotel didn't have as many foreign cable channels as we would have liked.

The rooms are well-decorated and have comfortable beds, with some even accessible for wheelchair users. Breakfast is included and has a decent selection of food to choose from, served in a superb bistro that offers affordable dishes.

Despite missing the free breakfast, the hotel staff offered to pack us a breakfast to go, which was a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated.
