Sumptuous breakfast, delicious food, full after the meal. Very close to tourist attractions, walking distance to mall, cheap restaurants around. Accessible to convenient stores, easy communication with the hotel, quick responses. Delightful and helpful staff, spacious room with plenty of storage space. Functional facilities and good breakfast option.

For us, it was ideal.

The rooms were unexpectedly excellent, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. the hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to a big shopping mall and other 24/7 establishments.

The hotel was under renovation during my stay, causing inconvenience and a temporary makeshift entrance. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable and the location was near the red light district, making it uncomfortable to walk outside.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Manila for a week-long trip. The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. my room was excellent and offered great value for the price I paid. It was clean, spacious, and had impressive amenities such as a mini bar, safe, and large flat-screen TV. The air conditioning was also top-notch. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit. The location was also convenient, with nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. I had a fantastic experience at Best Western and would definitely stay there again.

Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless and well-maintained. Hotel facilities: Our room had a fridge and water boiler, which was a nice added amenity. Location to restaurant after sleepless night: We found a great restaurant nearby to grab a meal after a long night of travel. Staff: The hotel staff were extremely friendly, from the driver who brought us to the airport to the receptionists who were always welcoming and helpful.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff at check-in, especially Haeli and the manager, were very efficient. The restaurant had a wide variety of delicious food and Noemi provided excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and has easy access to transportation. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection, including tasty omelettes. The staff was friendly and provided fast and polite service.

The staff were friendly and very helpful when asking for directions. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The minibar was cheap and the door staff were great. The omelette chef at breakfast was amazing. As longer-term business travelers, we loved the convenient location near the US Embassy. The breakfast selection was excellent with options like bacon and pancakes, perfect for our kids.
