We encountered some friendly ants during our stay, but they were harmless and added a touch of nature to the cozy ambiance of Palm Island Resort. the beautiful gardens and peaceful surroundings made our visit truly memorable. Overall, a delightful experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to create a magical proposal for my son and his fiancé, complete with flowers, candles, and balloons. It was heartwarming to see their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Additionally, the beach view hut was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views that made our romantic escape truly special. the pool was clean, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing swim in the tropical paradise.

There were some drawbacks during our stay. We encountered ants in our bed, which was quite off-putting.

Palm Island Resort & Restaurant staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. the pool was pristine and perfect for a relaxing swim. the picturesque location and well-maintained gardens added to the overall charm. the food and drinks were delicious, truly enhancing the experience.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. the beach view from our hut was absolutely breathtaking, and we enjoyed relaxing by the large, clean pool. the food and fruit shakes served at the restaurant were delicious, adding an extra touch to our vacation. We were even invited to a staff Christmas party, which made us feel truly valued and added a personal touch to our experience.

One area of improvement could be the availability of bath mats in the rooms. During our stay, we found that there was no bath mat provided, which made it a bit inconvenient when trying to keep the floors dry.
