I always return for my romantic escape. Staff resolved my tech issues during my first stay. They provide everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, infinity pool, spa, water slides, laundry, flat-screen TV. No pets, with a restaurant, bar, and more. Perfect for an unforgettable getaway.

Great Customer Service and Delicious Food! the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed, and the food was top-quality. the resort is conveniently located near the beach and several attractions. the spacious rooms had comfortable beds and were cleaned every day.

Limited Wifi and Noisy Nights. Unfortunately, the internet connection was not strong enough in our room, and it was difficult to work or watch our shows without interruptions.

The service at Camotes Ocean Heaven Resort was outstanding. During my stay, I had a medical emergency and the owner personally drove me to the hospital at midnight. The staff was incredibly kind and made sure to cater to my preferences, even memorizing my drink choices. Their level of care and attention made me feel like a valued guest. Additionally, the Korean menu and complementary breakfast were amazing, and Lynn at reception was always welcoming and helpful. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this resort.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The location on the island was perfect, with a beautiful sandy beach just a short walk away. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from room service to housekeeping, they ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service, which was a great convenience for us. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we could ask for. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our vacation. The swimming pool was well-maintained and provided a refreshing escape from the heat. the hotel provided top-notch comfort and quality services.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
