The location of the hostel is convenient, being close to the beach and the port. The private room was comfortable and the communal spaces were simple but cozy. The breakfast provided was a nice addition and varied each day.

The cleanliness of the hostel was a major issue. The rooms were infested with ants and the presence of multiple dogs roaming around made the place dirty and unsanitary.

I had an amazing stay at Casa Isabel. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. They always had a smile on their faces and made an effort to speak English to their foreign guests. The breakfast was delicious, and even though I had to check out early on the second day, they accommodated my request. I appreciated that they changed the bedsheets and towels during my stay. The hostel also had a lovely dog named Spottie, and they provided card and board games for guests to enjoy. The free coffee and tea were a nice touch. I will definitely stay at Casa Isabel again. Thank you!

We had the most amazing stay at Casa Isabel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hostel itself is beautifully designed with colorful and detailed decor. We loved hanging out in the nice common area with hammocks and the well-equipped kitchen with a small shop. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to a stunning beach and close to the main market and square with restaurants. Our room had mosquito nets on the windows, allowing us to enjoy fresh air all night. Plus, we got free breakfast and bikes included in the room price. Such a great deal!

I recently stayed at a hostel near MJ Square in Santa Fe and it was a great experience. The location of the hostel was convenient, just a short walk from the heart of good food and party spots in the area. It was also a less than 15-minute walk to the closest beach, which was a major plus. The hostel had a lot of eateries nearby and there were plenty of places to try on clothing. They even provided a free towel prior to my stay. The staff was very polite and always kept the place clean. There were lockable boxes for personal belongings and the room for 6 people had 3 fans and a personal light bulb. The breakfast options were good, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices available. The hostel also had a nice veranda with sofas and a table, as well as amenities like a refrigerator, toaster, shower gel, shampoo. it was a beautiful place with a really nice kitchen and I had a great time during my stay at Casa Isabel.

Me and my friends had a blast staying at this hostel. The tour desk was so helpful in planning our adventure activities and we had a total blast playing darts. It was the perfect place for young people like us who love to have fun and explore new places!

The only thing that could have made our stay better would be if there was a dance floor or a party area. We love to dance and let loose, so having a dedicated space for that would have been amazing!

The staff at Casa Isabel were excellent, providing attentive service and looking after our every need. The interaction with the guests, including Jenna herself, made it easy to strike up conversations and create a friendly atmosphere. We also appreciated the cute honesty store, where we could purchase items and have a simple and hassle-free experience. The breakfast served was surprising for the price we paid, and the free brewed coffee was a nice touch.

We loved the chill atmosphere and meeting fellow travelers at Casa Isabel. The hammocks in the cabaña were perfect for relaxing and playing card games. The staff were attentive to our needs and even let us check in early. The location was great, with restaurants, bars, and the beach just a short walk away. we had a pleasant and memorable stay. Would recommend.
