I loved the convenience of having room service available until 10pm and as early as 6am. The hotel also had tables for dining outside the room which was a great feature. The small pool was a nice touch and being open until 10pm allowed for a relaxing swim in the evening. Additionally, the free shuttle to the airport was a major highlight. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep and the check-in experience was wonderful. The staff were friendly and took the time to explain everything and personally escort us to our room. The powerful hot showers and nice towels provided added to the overall comfort of the stay. When our air conditioning was broken, they quickly accommodated us by allowing us to move to a larger room with seven beds, despite being only two of us. The customer service was truly fantastic.

Lights in the room were faulty.

The staff were amazing, accommodating and friendly. The beds were super comfy with a decent size TV and lots of channels. The newly fitted bathroom was fresh and clean. The hotel helped us secure a reservation at a top restaurant. Great value for money.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and extremely clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely en suite shower. Toiletries were provided, which was a nice touch. the pool was also a highlight, and even though the space around it was limited, it was still a nice spot to relax. the restaurant served delicious food, and the free airport shuttle was a convenient bonus. We also appreciated the reliable and fast wifi throughout our stay. we would highly recommend this hotel!
