I got great value for my money at the hotel - the room was comfortable and spacious with plenty of storage space. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the Reception staff who gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities.

The breakfast experience could be improved by having a buffet instead of vouchers, so guests can have more flexibility with portion sizes.

Felt at home instantly, no complaints

Spent New Year in a hotel with complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi which made up for a great start each day. Located in a prime spot, we were just a short walk from tons of restaurants and shopping centers plus there was a rooftop gym and deck we were able to take advantage of. A nice surprise was the room service available for a small fee, which allowed us to relax after a long day of exploring.

While the room was clean, there were inconsistencies in the quality of service such as not providing bath towels during check-in, and the air-conditioning from the room above was leaking water creating an annoying dripping sound during the night. For those who returned to the hotel late by foot, the lane to the hotel felt unsafe, and while tour packages were offered, there was some confusion when it came to the availability of the brochures.

We had a great stay at R Hotel Mabolo. the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. They even held our luggage for us when we arrived early and couldn't check in yet. the complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of options. the location was perfect, on a quiet street but with a nice bar just up the road. It was convenient to walk to Ayala in just 10-15 minutes or SM City Mall in 15-20 minutes. the bed was comfy and the TV had all the good channels. We'll definitely stay here again.
