We had such a great time during our second stay at Citadines Bay City. We loved celebrating Christmas there with our relatives. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the breakfast selection was superb! The location is convenient, with a supermarket and other stalls nearby. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to learn and listen to the customers. The Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries in the clean and neat rooms were a nice touch.

Great breakfast buffet and professional staff at an ideal location for entertainment. Room was spacious and included free parking. Laundromat was convenient and breakfast had a decent variety. Manager Kathy went above and beyond to assist me during an emergency situation with PCR testing.

I recently stayed at Citadines Bay City Manila and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, just a 15-minute Grab ride away. I found the room to be comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities such as a comfortable bed, reliable wifi, and a refreshing shower. The hotel also boasts a lovely outdoor pool, perfect for a relaxing dip after a long day of travel. Additionally, there is a huge mall just a short 3-minute walk away, making it easy to do some shopping or grab a bite to eat.

While my stay was generally positive, there were a few drawbacks. we felt discriminated against as former Filipinos.

The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival and there was a strong musty odor. the air conditioning unit was also not functioning properly, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The hotel had a great location, close to the airport, Mall of Asia, and Manila Bay with a pool facing room. The staff, especially Ciara and James, provided excellent service, rectifying any errors and ensuring our expectations were met. The housekeeping was attentive and the restaurant food was good, with friendly and accommodating staff. a 5/5 experience.
