The room was spacious and comfortable for my family. The hotel provided a washing and drying machine, which was very helpful. The staff were accommodating and attentive. I also enjoyed the amenities such as the pool and gym. I highly recommend this hotel.

Located in a very busy area, this hotel is convenient to several malls including the Robinson's Galleria mall. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with facilities such as a washer and dryer, and utensils are clean. The elevators are efficient and fast. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the spacious room offered a beautiful view.

The breakfast buffet could use some improvement. While the wide selection created a safe distance between diners, the breakfast dishes didn't accommodate other tastes, lacking choices of Western dishes.

Had a great weekend getaway! the breakfast buffet was outstanding and we loved the free 5 gallons of drinking water in the fully-equipped kitchen. the location was perfect, right near a mall and plenty of restaurants. We also enjoyed the daily housekeeping service.

Our bedroom had a faint odor near the AC and the bidet's pressure was too strong. It would have been nice if there were more variety on the ala carte menu as well.
