Exceptional service at the Clark Marriott Hotel! We had a minor issue with the toilet drainage upon check-in, but the front desk immediately sent an engineer to fix it. The manager even apologized and offered a late checkout to compensate for the inconvenience. The staff was attentive throughout our stay and made us feel valued. The facilities were also top-notch and sparkling clean. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel.

There were some complaints about the soundproofing of the rooms, as guests mentioned being able to hear their neighbors during their stay.

The hotel's location was also convenient as it was near several business establishments and tourist spots. Plus, the room was quite spacious.

The air conditioning in our room had issues, and we were not informed of this upon check-in. the clock in our room was also not working, which caused inconvenience during our business meetings.

We had an exquisite stay at this luxury hotel. the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre with sauna, massage and steam room, outdoor swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers with garden area and BBQ facilities made us feel pampered. the restaurant offered special diet menus and the poolside snack bar was perfect for a quick bite.

Although this hotel had an entertainment area with bar/lounge, we noticed that there was no Casino. the location was a bit far from the night-life or the mall, but a car can solve that issue.
