The staff is friendly and helpful, always accommodating requests. The breakfast is great, with a variety of options. The pool area is awesome, especially at night with its beautiful lighting.

The service in the restaurant needs improvement, with staff being unprofessional and slow.

We loved the large bedroom with a comfortable bed and sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching TV. The aircon units were great and the bathroom had a spacious shower. The pool was large and had a separate section for kids. Convenient transportation to and from the airport via shuttle bus, with prompt service upon arrival.

The room was dirty, and had stains on both the sheets and towels. the bathroom was poorly maintained, and had a foul odor.
