The attention to detail was outstanding, from the pre-check-in email inquiring about our preferences to the personalized welcome letter from the resident manager. The Oxford suite, with its clean and neat design, provided the best view of Taal Lake from the balcony. We were impressed by the dedication of the staff, who went above and beyond to fix a malfunctioning fireplace. The food was exquisite, with wine and cheese served in our room and breakfast and dinner being superb. we highly recommend this hotel for its serene ambiance, beautiful rooms, and excellent dining options.

I recently had a wonderful stay in a charming countryside hotel. Away from the city life, the location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The suite I stayed in had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with spotless beddings and a delightful flower scent. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make my anniversary celebration special with flower petals and a delicious cheese board. I also enjoyed a fantastic 5-course meal at the restaurant, served with care and accuracy. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was superb, exceeding my expectations.

The jacuzzi was a bit slippery and needed cleaning, which could be improved.

The noise level in our room was high due to the nearby street traffic and noise from the restaurant. the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times, causing frustration.
