I had a recent stay at a hotel in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, and I must say that it was a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous and made us feel right at home. The room, although a bit dated, was clean and spacious enough for my family. The bed was comfortable, with a firm mattress and cozy blankets. The hotel also provided free wifi, which was a great convenience. Despite a few minor setbacks, like the lack of slippers and a hairdryer, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Reasonable rates and responsive staff. the hotel offers good rates for packages that include entrance tickets to a nearby amusement park. the staff were responsive to last-minute changes to our itinerary. the location of the hotel is also convenient, with nearby restaurants and shopping centers.

Poor maintenance and some uncomfortable amenities. the building showed signs of wear and tear, with cracked walls and damaged furniture.

The hotel staff were very attentive and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. Finally, the rooms were great, with comfortable queen size beds and all the basic amenities provided. I also have to mention the breakfast, which was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was impeccable.
