I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 2-star resort in Boracay and was pleasantly surprised by my experience at El Puerto. the staff members, including Mariel, Elmer, Glyvin, Katherine, Roberto. They greeted me with great energy, smiles, and a courteous attitude at all times. Their empathy, attentiveness, and effectiveness made my stay even more enjoyable as they were the consistent representatives of the hotel that I encountered. Despite some noise from construction, the receptionists did their best to address the issue and communicate with me.

The price I paid for a 2-star resort was too high, especially considering the lack of amenities. the room didn't have a fridge, hair blower, free bottled water, or slippers.

As a satisfied guest at El Puerto, I stayed for a week and found the staff extremely attentive and quick to respond to my needs. They even offered privileges for persons with disabilities. The brand new air conditioner in my room provided a perfect night's sleep, and the hotel's proximity to my favorite restaurant-bar, Nigi Nigi Night Noos in Station 2, was a huge plus. The rooms were clean, had new towels daily, and a spacious bathroom with hot water. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable.
