I stayed at El Sancho for 3 days due to my nearby engagements. the modernity and cleanliness impressed me. the staff were exceptional, providing great customer service, even fulfilling unique requests like ice packs. Free meals were a delightful surprise, especially the delicious tocino. the upgraded room was a pleasant bonus, and the hotel's attention to cleanliness was evident throughout. Despite minor setbacks, the staff's kindness overshadowed them all.

Recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to coffee shops and restaurants. the staff was super friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. the beds were cozy and the breakfast offered plenty of delicious options that made our mornings enjoyable.

There is no elevator, which might be inconvenient for guests with knee problems or restricted mobility. Additionally, the intermittent WiFi connection could be frustrating for those needing it for work purposes.

The triple room was at ground floor due to lack of elevator. Queen Exec Suite suits 3 with extra bed. Proximity ideal for 3-day engagements. Very clean, friendly staff, provided crib for baby. Spacious room with storage. Plated breakfast served promptly, accessible to restaurants.

I keep coming back for weekends at this spot. At first stay, staff treated my elderly parents kindly. With Free Wi-Fi, parking, friendly service, massage, laundry, and more. I find it comfortable and reliable every time.
