Best breakfast experience! the manager went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Not only did he provide a variety of choices, but he also made sure our orders were perfect. the staff was extremely polite and kind, making the overall breakfast experience exceptional.

Disliked the attitude. This particular staff member was unhelpful and unapproachable.

During my stay at El Vistra Hotel, I had a minor issue with my room, but the staff took care of it immediately upon my request. They were efficient and resolved the problem within just 5 minutes. The quick response and dedication to guest satisfaction was very impressive.

We loved this place! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The room was tastefully decorated and had a great view. The rooftop pool and bar area had a stunning panoramic view of the surroundings. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, whether it was from the buffet or made-to-order. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job - the hotel was spotless!

Highly recommend this hotel to friends!
