Best breakfast experience! The manager went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Not only did he provide a variety of choices, but he also made sure our orders were perfect. the staff was extremely polite and kind, making the overall breakfast experience exceptional. The hotel's convenient parking added to the ease of our stay, too.

Disliked the attitude. Unfortunately, one staff member's negative attitude put a damper on our stay.

We loved the comfortable and spacious bed, which was a pleasant surprise. The reception staff, particularly Alain, was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. They recommended a fantastic nearby bakery called Thévenin, where we enjoyed delicious pastries and cakes. The hotel also had a lovely communal lounge and dining area. The location was great, with easy access to the metro and RER stations. We were able to walk to popular landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe in just 35-40 minutes. Additionally, the hotel was surrounded by shops and restaurants.

We loved this place! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The room was tastefully decorated and had a great view. The rooftop pool and bar area had a stunning panoramic view of the surroundings. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, whether it was from the buffet or made-to-order. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job - the hotel was spotless!

Highly recommend this hotel to friends!
