We recently stayed at a boutique hotel in Legazpi and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we recommend getting a room with a window for a more comfortable stay. The hotel offers 24/7 check-in and concierge services, making our arrival and departure seamless. The wifi was fast and reliable throughout the hotel, which was a plus. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The staff was friendly and attentive, even accommodating our request to have food we bought cooked by their kitchen manager at a minimal fee. it was a great value for money and a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at the Emerald Boutique Hotel for a few nights during my trip to Legazpi. The hotel's excellent customer service stood out, with friendly and efficient staff, especially Mika. The location was great, with convenient access to laundry facilities, restaurants, and shops. I also enjoyed the good view of the volcano. The breakfast was decent, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. Additionally, the free shuttle service to the airport was a bonus. the value for money was truly exceptional.

Had an awesome New Year celebration at this hotel! The best aspects were the breathtaking view of the nearby volcano and the convenient location. We were able to explore the town easily as everything was within walking distance. Plus, the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious food. Definitely worth the stay!

That the restaurant didn't open until 6am, so there was no way to get food earlier. , it would have been nice if they provided complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar in the rooms.
