The staff is amazing! They go above and beyond to assist you. Chris even helped arrange a day tour for us. Ella was very helpful too. The housekeeping staff, especially Iyan, kept our room in excellent condition. The hotel is perfect for families, with beautiful rooms that my kids absolutely loved. The location is convenient, being close to the mall.

Ho trascorso un weekend lungo fantastico nella Val d'Orcia e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso da questo hotel. La posizione è davvero comoda, a pochi passi dal centro città ma in una zona tranquilla. Inoltre, ho apprezzato molto la presenza del parcheggio privato, che mi ha permesso di raggiungere facilmente l'hotel in auto.

La colazione era buona, anche se mi sarebbe piaciuto avere un po' più di varietà. Tuttavia, ho apprezzato molto il fatto di poterla gustare nel cortile esterno, è stato davvero piacevole.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff at Feliz Hotel were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our entire stay. When we had an issue with our departure requirements, they went above and beyond to assist us with processing our rt-pcr test. Special thanks to Lou and Karin for their invaluable help. the hotel's location couldn't be better, just a minute's walk from the beach and situated in the heart of D'mall. the rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was top-notch. We would definitely choose Feliz Hotel again if we return to Boracay.
