The pool and restaurant were of excellent standards, offering delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere. The layout of the resort was well-designed, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Additionally, the location was convenient, and we even decided to extend our stay for two extra nights.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it had some great complementary aspects such as convenient bike rentals and a shuttle service to a nearby beach. the location was also perfect as it was easy to travel to any destination we wanted. the staff were always friendly and accommodated all of our needs.

There were some worst aspects that made our stay less than perfect. the rooms were subpar and in need of maintenance, dirty sheets and towels, uncomfortable beds, and terrible bathroom conditions.

The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us with all our questions. They even let us leave our luggage after check-out and allowed us to use the facilities to freshen up before our trip to Kawasan Falls. the room was spacious and had everything we needed, and we loved having a terrace to relax on. the pool was a great feature to cool off in and the on-site restaurant provided delicious meals.

The distance from the center of town, which required a tricycle ride for a fee. This added cost to our travels.
