I had a blast spending my Christmas break here! the location is super convenient, close to shopping centers and public transport, making it easy to explore. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Plus, the price was really reasonable for what we got.

There were a few letdowns. the bathroom lacked essential items like toilet paper, which was frustrating.

Despite the absence of free water, the staff were outstandingly accommodating, with a small store on-site for convenience. the location was ideal and within easy reach of my destinations, while the affordability of the stay was a definite plus. the helpful and polite staff, especially during the late-night check-in, enhanced my overall impression.

the staff were friendly and approachable, and I even received a free room upgrade for our elders. Room service was quick, despite the hotel being quite large. the location was convenient, with frequent passing of jeepni taxis and tricycles for easy transportation. the hotel is pet-friendly, although there is an additional charge for pets.
